PROVIDING A FAMILY LIFE OF LOVING SUPPORT FOR EACH OTHER

Our goal is to have every member feel cherished and affirmed at all times, regardless of the differences in our generations, opinions or family situations.

 We honor one another through celebrations of all times of life–from providing support for families with newborns to commemorating lives well-lived. We continually strive to provide a “healing touch” of food, visits, encouragement, and prayers to those in need. Our hand-made prayer shawls and lap robes are especially effective in lifting spirits!

We enjoy each other’s company in a variety of settings–during prayer or study groups, community service projects, or while hiking Kansas City’s many trails. CCUMC family and friends often get together to travel, share meals, attend cultural events, or explore new restaurants and shops in our city.
