THE YOUTH
The Youth Class at CCUMC is the place where teens in grades 7-12 come to eat, talk, laugh, explore and grow in relationship with God and one another. Regardless of where we are on our spiritual path, we are all seeking a deeper, more meaningful understanding of the key elements of our faith, of the Bible, of Jesus’ life, and what exactly God’s plan has to do with us.
We do some “big” thinking, discover some new ideas and eat some seriously good waffles.
CHILDREN’S MINISTRIES
Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6
The Children’s Ministry at Country Club United Methodist Church proclaims who God is and what He’s done for our next generation. Starting at birth, our Nursery provides a Christian environment for all children to be nurtured in a dignified and loving manner as we help parents as they seek to raise their children to love the Lord. We establish a firm knowledge of the bible and enable our kids to embrace Christ through His teachings in our Sunday School programs.
Our Children’s Church provides an outlet for worship, praise, and fellowship amoung our children at an age level appropriate to their learning style. Opportunities for connecting with other families in the church and community are promoted through activities such as the annual Easter Egg hunt, church picnic, fall festival and Christmas programs.
